The winner of the award, which is sponsored by WSP Group, will be unveiled at the Property Awards at Grosvenor House Hotel on 24 April.
Thie awards boast a new category this year, alternatives team of the year, and the retail and leisure agency team of the year award has been expanded to include hotels.
