ABC backs Brockhurst retail park with £15m loan

Specialist lender ABC has completed its largest loan to date with a £15m facility to fund Millngate’s development of Brockhurst Gate Retail Park in Hampshire.

The facility builds on the initial land loan which ABC provided to Millngate for the Gosport retail park during the planning process and then with a further facility when detailed planning permission was granted.
