Apache sells Cambridge student block for record yield

Apache Capital Partners has sold a student accommodation block in Cambridge to Cambridgeshire County Council for £38m.

The deal for the 251-bed Brunswick House reflects a net initial yield of 4.76%, a record in the UK for a direct-let asset student accommodation outside London and the M25.
