Net asset value (NAV) at healthcare group Assura nudged up 1.7% during the year to the end of March, as pre-tax profit rose 17% to £84m.
Diluted NAV per share stood at 53.5p at the end of the financial year, compared to 52.4p last year, while earnings per share rose 8% to 2.7p and net rental income came in 18.7% up at £95.2m.
