Avant Homes begins construction of 113-home Barnsley scheme

Avant Homes Hay Green Park development in West Yorkshire

Avant Homes has started developing 113 homes on a nine-acre site near Barnsley with a gross development value of around £28m.

The scheme at Hay Green Lane between Tankersley and Birdwell will comprise a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes and feature 12 of Avant’s house types.
