Avant Homes targets £1bn revenue within five years after record figures for 2018

Avant Homes has launched a new five-year strategy to hit £1bn in revenue and complete 5,000 homes a year by 2023, following a year of record numbers in 2018.

The housebuilder completed 1,903 homes during the 12 months to 27 April, up 16% on the previous year. for the year. The group’s private home average selling price (ASP) increased to £257,000 from £242,000. The group added it was on track to deliver growth targets set in 2015 to become a £500m turnover group, building 2,000 homes a year by the end of 2018, one year ahead of target.
