Avignon passes €1bn AUM

Avignon Capital, the European property investment firm and asset manager, has reached €1.1bn (£980m) in AUM following the addition of assets to Platinum Property Management’s portfolio, a brand which Avignon launched in 2017.

Platinum provides property management services such as service charge management, lease administration and property maintenance. It currently manages a portfolio of UK and European real estate assets with offices in Amsterdam, London, and Manchester with further European office openings in the pipeline.
