Avison Young acquires Wilkinson Williams

Avison Young, the commercial real estate services firm, has revealed a takeover of Wilkinson Williams.

Wilkinson Williams, the out-of-town retail specialist, which for the past eight years has been named as the number one retail warehouse property leasing agent in the Trevor Wood Associates’ Definitive Guide to Retail and Leisure Parks publication. The firm is currently instructed on more than 21.5m sq ft of accommodation. In 2017, Wilkinson Williams advised clients on investment transactions with a combined value of approximately £580m.
