Aviva launches JV with Moda to build 1,000 Birmingham BTR homes

Aviva Capital Partners (ACP) has joined forces with Moda Living to back a £400m build-to-rent (BTR) development in Digbeth, Birmingham.

The partnership will invest in a four-acre regeneration site to develop 1,000 BTR apartments. The site was purchased from vendors Gallagher Developments and Court Collaboration.
