Belvoir board takes 40% pay rise in 2022 despite fall in pre-tax profit

The board of estate agency group Belvoir awarded itself a 40% pay rise last year, despite a fall in annual profit.

According to the group’s annual report, its seven directors were paid a combined total of £1.2m in the year to the end of December, compared to £873,000 in 2021, even though the company posted a 2% drop in pre-tax profit to £9.1m.
