Belvoir posts strong profit growth for 2017

Belvoir Lettings, the UK’s largest property franchise group, has revealed a 62% leap in annual pre-tax profit for 2017.

Profit hit £3.9m for the 12 months to 31 December, compared to £2.4m in 2016, off the back of a 14% rise in revenue to £11.3m.

Management Service Fees rose 23% to £7.9m, and the group retained its strong lettings bias with a ratio of lettings to sales revenue of 80:20.
