Big Yellow Group, the self-storage group, has reported a 6.4% rise in like-for-like revenues in its third quarter trading update.
Despite a 126,000 sq ft drop in occupancy from the previous quarter for its “seasonally weak period” from 1 October to 31 December, Big Yellow recorded a 7.1% rise in total revenue to £31.7m. Revenue for the self-storage giant is now up 7% for the year-to-date.
