British Land sells 75% of Paddington Central assets to GIC

British Land has sold a 75% interest in its Paddington Central assets to Singaporean finance giant GIC for £694m, 1% less than the September book value.

The transaction on the west London scheme will establish a new joint venture with GIC following completion of the deal within three months.
