CBRE Investment Management has forward funded the development of a 76,000 sq ft warehouse pre-let to Hermes Parcelnet, at Jaynic’s Suffolk Park in Bury St Edmunds.
CBRE IM has agreed £19.35m of funding with Jaynic, reflecting a market net initial yield of 3.48%.
