CBRE GI appoints new fund manager

CBRE Global Investors has appointed Andrew Davey as the fund manager of the CBRE UK Long Income Fund (UK LIF).

Davey will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the fund, transactions and portfolio management. He has more than 12 years of real estate experience, and has spent the past two years as an investment manager for a UK-based private property company. Previously, he spent 10 years at Aviva Investors.
