China bank backs Airport City

The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) is this weekend expected to be confirmed as the provider of a large loan to finance Argent, Carillion and the Greater Manchester Property Venture Fund’s winning bid to develop Manchester’s £650m Airport City (pictured).
