Circle produces robust half-year figures, but claims Brexit has affected lettings market

Circle Property has reported rises in net asset value (NAV) and profit in its half-year figures.

NAV rose 30.3% to £2.75 a share compared to £2.11 a year ago, while pre-tax profit for the period stood at £13.8m, up from £8.6m and total income rose to £3.8m from £3m at the same point last year.
