CLS sells interest in First Camp

CLS has sold its 58% interest in First Camp Sverige Holding to Nordic Camping & Resort Bidco for £28.7m.

The buyer is indirectly owned by a fund advised by Norvestor Equity. The acquisition was made through £21m in cash and a £7.7m vendor loan.
