Custodian REIT has changed its name to Custodian Property Income REIT with immediate effect.

The board of the group believes the new name “better reflects the company’s primary focus on and track record of generating income returns for shareholders” and expects the change to make the company’s shares more prominent to retail investors, particularly those accessing via online platforms.
