Derwent enjoys strong first quarter

Derwent London agreed £17.1m of lettings during the first quarter of 2023, striking the deals at an average of 6.6% above December’s estimated rental values.

The deals include the 22,200 sq ft letting to Uniqlo at 1 Oxford Street; a 106,100 sq ft pre-let deal with PIMCO at 25 Baker Street; and a 31,100 sq ft letting to Buro Happold at the The Featherstone Building in the City of London.
