Troubled London estate agent Foxtons has warned of another challenging year for the group despite almost halving pre-tax losses last year.
In the year to the end of December the firm posted a pre-tax loss of £8.8m, down from £17.2m in 2018. Revenue was, however, down 4%, from £111.5m in 2018 to £106.9m last year.
