Glenhawk eyes growth with LendInvest hire

Guy Harrington’s specialist property lender Glenhawk has hired Amy Wareham from LendInvest as it targets further growth of its lending platforms one year after launching.

Previously at alternative lender LendInvest, junior underwriter Wareham will be based in London, reporting directly to director of lending Nick Hilton. She will be responsible for supporting the underwriting team and expediting the enquiry to completion process for Glenhawk’s short term property financing. Prior to LendInvest she was at SPF Private Clients and Coreco Group.
