Hammerson sells Paris shopping centre stake for £144m

Hammerson has sold its 25% stake in the Italie Deux shopping centre in Paris to IKEA-owned Ingka Centres for €164m (£144m).

The deal also includes the sale of Hammerson’s 100% stake in the centre’s Italik extension.
