Hibernia gets permission to redevelop Irish police HQ

Hibernia REIT has been given the green light from planners for an expanded development scheme at Harcourt Square in Dublin.

The scheme in the Irish capital’s city centre will deliver 343,000 sq ft of new office accommodation on the 1.9-acre city centre site, an increase of 28,000 sq. ft. over the previously approved plans for a scheme.
