Hotel investment begins to recover from pandemic, says Knight Frank

The hotel investment market has begun its recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic, new research has found.

Knight Frank said investment was subdued in 2022, with UK hotel deals falling 31% below the five-year average, to £3bn. Fewer large assets were transacted, although deal volumes for lower-valued stock increased.
