Inland Homes has sold its site at Merrielands Crescent in Dagenham to Clarion Housing Group, the UK’s largest housing association, and formed a joint venture development partnership at the scheme.
Clarion will pay £14m for the site, and Inland Partnerships, the construction arm of the Inland, will undertake the £77.7m development phase on behalf of Clarion, which is expected to take around three years.
