IPSX bolsters team with two hires

Real estate stock exchange IPSX has made two appointments to its origination and capital markets teams as the group seeks to attract real estate asset owners and investors.

Jonathan Baines has been appointed as a senior advisor to grow the stock exchange’s network of sovereign wealth funds, institutional investors, family offices and private investors in the UK and Europe.
