JP Morgan beats fundraise target with €4.7bn pan-European fund

JP Morgan Asset Management has raised €1.18bn (£1.06bn) for its European Opportunistic Property Fund IV - exceeding its fundraising target by 47%.

The vehicle, which is focused on investment and joint ventures across several sectors, now has a total investment capacity of €4.7bn. Geographically the fund will invest in countries across the Europe but with a focus on France, Germany and the UK.
