Kajima promotes Karia to finance director

Kajima - Anuja Kaira, Christine Philips and Nigel Chism

Pan-European real assets business Kajima has appointed Anuja Karia as finance director at Kajima Properties (Europe) and Kajima Student Housing.

Karia, who succeeds Nigel Chism, was previously senior financial controller, focusing on commercial property.
