Lockhart heads up BPF retail group

Allan Lockhart, chief executive of NewRiver REIT, has been appointed as chair of the British Property Federation (BPF) Retail Board.

The board was launched last month to drive the agenda for the UK retail property sector and to push the views of retail to both central and regional governments.
