LondonMetric seeks £100m for acquisitions while increasing annual payout to investors

LondonMetric is seeking £100m from investors in order to buy three logistics portfolios as part of its strategy to increase the number of long income assets it holds.

The placing will represent around 6.7 per cent of the group’s shares and enable the company to fund its current pipeline of deals.
