LXi sells supported living portfolio amid string of UK-wide deals

LXi REIT has sold a portfolio of 11 supported living properties for £10.9m private social impact fund HLIF.

The deal on the units, which are located in Lancashire, Yorkshire, Merseyside and Kent, reflects an exit yield of 5.3%, and matches the latest independent valuation of the assets.
