M7 Capital funds £7.3m Glasgow office acquisition

M7 Capital has provided a £7.3m loan on behalf of UK debt fund TREC II, to Garroch Investments, supported by Craigend Properties, to fund the acquisition of Princes House, an office building in Glasgow.
