Moda's Nine Elms scheme

Précis Capital Partners and finance giant Carlyle have joined forces to provide Moda Living with a £251m loan.

Précis Capital, with funds and accounts managed by Carlyle’s Global Credit Segment and Apollo Global Management, partnered as senior lenders for the £251m five-year whole-loan facility to Moda.
