Secure Income REIT has posted an 8.1% rise in net asset value (NAV) alongside an identical rise in earnings per share (EPS) in its annual figures for 2018.
NAV per share rose to 400.5p for the year to 31 December, bringing the total rise since the long-term income specialist’s IPO in June 2014 to 130%. EPS was up to 14.7p, while the total accounting return for the year was 11.9%.
