NAV dips at Picton during second quarter

Net asset value (NAV) at Picton, the commercial property investment REIT, took a near-£6m hit in the quarter to the end of June.

NAV during the period came in at £541.9m compared to £547.6m at the end of March, while NAV per share dipped 1.1% to 99.4p.
