Triple Point Social Housing REIT had reported a slight increase in net asset value for the six months to 30 June.
The group’s NAV per share stood at 101.61p, an increase of 0.76% during the half year. The group’s portfolio value was up 8.53% to £190m, reflecting a portfolio yield of 5.32%.
