Net asset value (NAV) rose to just under £300m at Impact Healthcare REIT during the three months to the end of June.
NAV stood at £299.9m, compared to £200.2m at the end of March, while NAV per share edged up to 104.67p from 104.18p during the quarter. This compared to the group’s NAV per share at its IPO in March 2017 of 96p.
