NewRiver adds to pub portfolio with £18m Bravo Inns deal

Aprirose buys 45 pubs from British Land

NewRiver REIT has paid £17.9m for Bravo Inns to add to its burgeoning pub portfolio.

The deal adds 44 community pubs across the north west of England to NewRiver’s portfolio, which will be transferred into its Hawthorn Leisure platform, bringing its total number of pubs to more than 700.
