Town Centre Securities (TCS) has reported a fall in occupancy levels across it portfolio at the end of its financial year.
In a trading update for the 12 months to 30 June and ahead of its final results on 25 September, the Leeds, Manchester, Scotland and London property investor, revealed occupancy levels had fallen to 95%, from 99% for the year to 30 June 2017.
