Patrizia appoints co-CEO

The pan-European property investment group Patrizia has appointed Thomas Wels as new Co-chief executive.

The former vice chairman and senior advisor at UBS Asset Management will take up the role on 1 May, and will be responsible for the further development the group’s diversified platform business and support the expansion into new business areas and international markets.
