PHP buys Northumberland keyworker asset

Primary Health Properties (PHP) has paid £22.8m for a keyworker accommodation unit near Ashington, Northumberland.

The facility is located next to Wansbeck General Hospital and is let to Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
