Picton Property Income has posted a 2% rise in net asset value (NAV) for the six months to the end of September.
EPRA NAV per share nudged up to 92p per share during the half year, but pre-tax profit plummeted from £30.7m at the same time last year, to £18.9m. Earnings per share also fell compared to last year, from 5.7p to 3.5p, while total shareholder return rose to 6.4%, from 3.9%. The half-year dividend was up to 1.75p per share, from 170p.
