Pluto provides largest ever loan

BYM Capital has secured a £59.8m loan from Pluto Finance to fund one of London’s largest ever permitted development schemes.

The developer, which was advised by BBS Capital, will transform four office buildings spanning 140,284 sq ft in Brentford, including Sky’s former HQ, into 268 flats.
