PRS REIT posts strong rise in rental value

PRS REIT

The PRS REIT has posted a 15% rise in rental values across its portfolio, the group told investors in an update for the fourth quarter to the end of June.

Estimated rental value across its 5,080 homes stood at £55m, up from £47.8m a year earlier, when the portfolio stood at 4,786 homes.
