Purplebricks posts strong UK performance but losses double

Online estate agent Purplebricks Group has more than doubled its losses to £25.6m in the six months to October, despite growing its profits significantly in the UK.

The agency, which has expanded into Australia, Canada, Germany and the US, reported global group losses of £25.6m for H1 compared to £11.4m of losses over the same period last year.
