Housebuilder Redrow more than doubled its annual profit after construction markets bounced back as Covid-19 restrictions eased, but has warned the market is cooling after the recent mini-boom.
Pre-tax profit rocketed 124% during the 12 months to 27 June to £314m, as revenue rose 45% to £1.94bn.
