Savills has shaken up its UK management team ahead of Mark Ridley’s appointment as group chief executive at the beginning of next year.
The agency has appointed James Sparrow as its new UK chief executive and Richard Rees as UK managing director. Ridley will undertake the transitionary role of deputy group chief executive, prior to his appointment to the top job. Ridley will also maintain his role as European chief executive until September, and continue his client facing role in the UK and European markets.
