Savills IM strikes £50m off-market BTR deal

Savills Investment Management has acquitred two single-family housing development sites in the Midlands in a forward-funding deal.

The £50m off-market deal with Urban & Civic is the first acquisition on behalf of Savills IM’s build-to-rent (BTR) portfolio since the acquisition of development group Pitmore  last August.
