Schroder REIT eyes joint deals

Schroder REIT, which revealed a return to profit this week, will consider more joint venture deals similar to the £132m purchase of City Tower in Manchester (pictured), which it bought alongsideSchroder UK Property Fund and Immobilien Europa Direkt, according to Duncan Owen, chairman of the REIT’s investment committee.
